Justin, sup?! Hey, what say you of the "Ann Coulter" situation? It sure has caused an uproar. Kind of sad to see Harding let an Un-Godly woman grace the stage to speak. I read several of the blog posts concerning this and was saddened. Ultimately even the talks about the issue "not being political" turned political and the merits of Coulter speaking on the basis of her lifestyle, not her political stance seemed to dominate. I know this had nothing to do with the post that I'm commenting on, however I like to do that :) . Peace bro! Andy

I posted on Radical Congruency very shortly concerning the issue. I do think it is sad for a few different reasons:
1. her attitude
2. Hardings growing alignment with political parties
3. Hardings support of Nationalistic principles.

Once the church becomes nationalaistic, you get Rome all over again. God is not an American, nor is he a republican, at that he is also not a democrat. I am also saddened by the posting of McLarty as dean, why would any college choose a man with no PhD to run a college? maybe there is no one better, maybe he is a puppet, maybe it is just to make people happy, a kind of front guy while Monty does the actual administration work.
Who knows, i might not know what I am talking about, that is always an option as well. I am not beyond thinking he can do a wonderful job at his post, I just don't think it is probable.
